ARE YOU TOO SHY TO LEAD?

Leaders are made, not born. The assumption that ‘once shy, always shy’ has been debunked by researchers.
A person’s shyness can be overcome by self efforts. The quiet voice in your head asking you to be quiet needs to be ignored until you completely stop registering it.
Ask questions to yourself: Do I care? Do I need to improve? What are my weak points? What should I practice? This is necessary because being shy doesn’t aid self growth.
It won’t be easy and it’s not possible to
overcome being shy in a snap. But efforts taken to grow out of it will definitely be fruitful.
