Happiness is: Naming Your Emotion.

Many times in our life we experience unnamed and undefinable feelings. That eerie feeling at the back of your mind which makes you break out in cold sweat, the unexplained feeling of sadness that just steals over our min sometime, the feeling of anger and stress for no apparent reason. Yes, we’ve all been there and done that.

This article shows that the idea and action of naming these feelings gives us a sense of control and there are lesser chance of resulting disturbance. It also features the names of obscure sorrows, which we all experience but can’t name, and makes for a very interesting read.
