Dreams: Why do we need them?

In this exciting, busy, career-driven life, we don’t put much stock in sleep. Power naps are the new black. business on the go is in, international business means keeping late hours, etc. As we miss the last 1-2 hours of ideal duration of sleep, we miss out on the most ‘dream-fertile’ stage of sleep; when our dreams are the most vivid and vibrant and the best reflections of our subconscious thoughts.

This doesn’t sound impactful to us because we don’t know what we are missing. We don’t analyse the importance of our dreams because we perceive them as mundane and easily forgettable. Well, this article teaches us the power and purpose of dreams and how they are the best route to the sub conscious.
