If we talk about Mindfulness, we are talking about ‘stress relief’ or ‘mind relaxation’. Many of our customers ask ‘what mindfulness is really about?- I have seen this advertisement here or there…’. Marketing is destroying the science behind psychology and the science which wraps mindfulness as a science of humans and for humans. We need to understand that there isn’t magical formula for us to apply or magic pill to take and get sorted out of our problematic situation, stress, decadency, lack of emotions, lack of love and attention…

Practice and train memory tasks, develop inner skills towards yourself, meditate and enhance your inner peace. Worrying about what’s out of your control, is as inevitable as useless.
