“Dear Stress. I salute you”

For decades beings have been dying of something which couldn’t name in a easy way. Some called it cancer; some, tobacco or even marijuana. But the smartest scientist called it stress! But… What if it doesn’t exist. If it never did. Don’t you think it might be a problem of perception more than a real disorder? Many psychologists are convinced that stress has to be there to survive, that it is there in our body and mind. But… What if it isn’t? Just because our minds are suffering some kind of alteration we quickly assign a name to them: “stress”, “OCD”, “PTS”… Before claiming that stress exists, I would like to prove that it doesn’t.
