Hypnosis to quit smoking? Research says NO.

We all know about the tremendous use of hypnotherapy in today’s world…mostly in movies. When is comes to scenarios, theatres or live performances of this ‘magical’ technique, the fantasy takes place and lights up our imagination. But is it really useful in any life activity? Can we modify our brain towards what we wish to do or stop doing? Sure we do. But hypnotherapy doesn’t seem to be the way for that.
